All Services are à la carte unless otherwise stated. Color and texture services do not include cutting or styling.
Policies
Cancellation Policy
In order to ensure that our stylists have the opportunity to fill cancelled appointments, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Missed appointments and those cancelled without 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service total. The fees associated with a missed appointment must be paid prior to making a new appointment.
Redo Policy
At Rock Paper Scisors we strive to make your hair dreams a reality and client happiness is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your hair, please contact the salon within one week of the original service. We stand behind our work and our team will gladly make adjustments to your cut or color, however, there are absolutely no refunds. During your consultation your stylist will discuss what is realistically possible for your hair based on your goal and your hair history. We try our best to ensure that the guest and stylist are on the same page, but understand that miscommunications can happen. If you or another stylist have made changes to your hair following your service, you will not be eligible for a redo.
Product Policy
Rock Paper Scissors offers a wide range of hair care products to suit all hair types and needs. Every product in our selection has been tested by at least one of the owners before being eligible for sale. It is highly recommended that you purchase your hair care directly from the salon as we will never sell expired or diverted product. Your stylist will make every effort to match you with products that fit your hair needs. If you are unhappy with a product purchase for any reason, exchanges may be made within two weeks of the original purchase.

Though we are a group of very different individuals we are united in our passion for creativity, our constant desire to learn new techniques, and our goal of making sure each guest leaves our salon looking and feeling great.
Lauren Warehime
owner/stylist
Lauren is a senior cosmetologist and has been in the beauty industry for over 17 years. Her creativity is easily observed in her brilliant color work and highlighting applications as those are her specialties. Preserving the integrity and shine of your hair is also a top priority of Lauren's. Prepare to be educated on how to restore and maintain the health of your luscious locks during your visit with her.

Julie is a senior cosmetologist with over 20 years experience. She is a dedicated and meticulous stylist, which has earned her quite the following. Prebooking is a must with Julie as many of her clients schedule multiple appointments at a time. Her passion for color, attention to detail and commitment to customer service make it easy to see why she has so many truly loyal clients.

Abigail has recently celebrated 8 years in the beauty industry and what a lovely journey it has been. She has a true artistic gift and a strong ambition to succeed. Her talent really shines through in her color and balayage application and as she is constantly seeking knowledge on the newest techniques. Abigail loves taking creativity to new levels with each of her guests.
Taylor Fruhling
STYLIST
Taylor is one of our junior stylists. She received her education from the Aveda School all while working as a shampoo tech for RPS. During her time as a shampoo tech, Taylor has been able to assist other stylists and learn practical skills which only enhanced her formal training. Taylor is interested in growing her skills in the salon while she explores various techniques and trends. We are incredibly proud to introduce her as a stylist on our team!
Katlynn Amenta
STYLIST
Katlynn has been in the cosmetology industry for 17 years and is a fabulous addition to the RPS team. She loves blonding and creating lived in looks for her guests through custom highlighting services. Katlynn is also very knowledgeable when it comes to addressing coarse, thick, or unruly hair and enjoys helping clients learn to work with their hair texture. We are elated that Katlynn has joined us and know that her clientele will feel right at home.
Gabby Sewell
STYLIST
Gabby began her hair journey at the Aveda School and is now a junior stylist at RPS! As a recent graduate, Gabby is building her skillset and is dedicated to continuing her education to include the newest trends. She is currently exploring various color and cutting techniques to bring to her growing clientele. We are so excited to help Gabby refine her talent as she begins her career as a licensed stylist.

Hello Gorgeous! We can’t wait to see you! Below is our online booking system. You are able to use this system up to 24 hours before your requested appointment. If you are hoping for a same day appointment, please call the salon as there may be availability not shown online.
Once you book your appointment, your request will be received by our team and you will receive an email once your appointment is approved. All pending appointments will be approved or denied within 24 business hours. An appointment will only be denied if a service is booked incorrectly, or if the timing for the service is insufficient. If your service is denied, you will promptly receive a follow up call to make sure you are accommodated. When booking for color, it is assumed you will be finishing with a cut or a blow dry, so it is not necessary to book that separately. The system will automatically book your finishing service with your color.
New clients seeking a custom scissor cut, please select the option “new client scissor cut” from the drop down menu. This will provide your stylist with adequate time to perform both a consultation and your perfect haircut and style. If you are unsure of what cutting service to book, please scroll up and read the descriptions in our service menu. New color clients are strongly urged to book a consultation prior to their service so that you may meet your stylist and discuss a plan that is tailored to your hair needs.
